Toyota Soluna! My first time seeing one in the flesh. I could not get the plate, but these are super hard to come by. The styling is, in my opinion, very reminiscent of the AE101 generation of Corolla, which does make sense considering both models had similar production years. The AE101 does look better than these though.

Lots of goodies to be seen here today. This is one of an unknown number of survivor Ford Laser’s still around. The Laser name is basically gone from the Singapore market, and this car is one of very few evidences of its existence.

Known as the Toyota Aristo in other markets, this generation of Lexus GS kept the 2JZ motor as its 3.0L option. While the Aristo received a turbo, the GS300 was kept naturally aspirated. There are no more registered MK4 Supra’s in Singapore, so the luxury sedans of the time are the only go-to place to find the revered 2JZ motor here in Singapore.

At the time of writing, this is one of the first few facelift Model 3’s to hit Singapore shores. Personally, I think they’re a relevant visual improvement over the pre-facelift.

One of my best photos of this year. Apart from the red Mazda in the background, everything just looks period correct. The composition, untouched grass, and most importantly, the cars. It all comes together to look like a photo taken from the 2000’s.
