Feriko: SiR doorcards

Another aspect to finalize the interior back to stock with correct spec doorcards. This is also a job I am happy to complete on my own.
An additional liberty was also finalizing installation of the SiR doorcards.
Previously I had placed only the rear ones as the entire set was in poor condition – small holes and flaking surfaces.
I tried to clean the set with a spot cleaner which did remove surface blemishes (which could be mold), but I damaged the inserts themselves where there are now several “cuts”. Steaming it was not a good idea and a lesson learned
I appreciate the snippets of knowledge scattered in the web for me to work individually on the car, and the simplicity of the parts. I can’t do engine or electrical work – that might be out of scope – but some jobs that I can skip paid labor on – I’m happy to try.
This job required a screwdriver to remove the handles and switchgear, and perhaps extra clips to secure the doorcard onto the door. I transplanted most of the clips from the old set to the new one as they were missing. Electronics like window switches were hard to reach but a simple system of disconnecting and done. The locks were tricky to avoid damaging and I need to get used to hitting panels with force, but am satisfied.
